I registered a paid account, but it functions as a free account?
Your account will function as a free account untill your payments have been received. As soon as we have received your payments we'll change your account settings within a few hours. If you already done your payments and haven't received it yet, please be patient and try the free functions to get aquinted with SocialTracer. If you believe we sould have received your payments, but you still have limited functionality, please contact us immediately!
What are the payment methods?
Payments can always be done with an (international) back transfer. Some countries have more payment methods like creditcards. All payment methods for your country are shown on the registration form.
After registering you'll first receive an invoice by e-mail. The invoice is also accessible in the configuration panel when you log in. The payment instructions are on the invoice you'll receive. Please make sure you start the payment as soon as possible. Your account will function as a 'free' account untill we have received your payments. After we received your payment we will change your account with a few hours.
